GMs
Emporium has only been possible thanks to the work of its GMs:
- Chris N
- Conor W
- Cynthia Z
- Elynor K
- Leah O
- Rowan M
- Sophia dM
This game would never have been possible at all, nor fulfilled the potential that it did, without your love and dedication, your keen insights, long nights, wide-ranging talents, and fantastic imaginations.
Special Thanks
Thanks to Andrew K-R and Katie M for securing us the oxfordrpg domain!
Playtesters
Many thanks also goes to our playtesters, who were instrumental in picking up on errors, oversights, inconsistencies and potential problems that we were creating for ourselves down the line, whether large or small:
- Andrew K-R
- Anna M
- Cameron A
- Geraint H
- Jack S
- James W
- Mike C
- Nic L
- Sally O
- Star A
- Susannah C
Other Members and Games
Thanks is also due to previous RPGSoc games both official and unofficial, from which we've taken wording and inspiration:
Other games which have influenced the design of Emporium include:
We also wish to thank whichever members of the Society wrote the timeless 'Intro to the Wiki System' page, which doesn't seem to have changed much in at least 10 years, as well as all those contributors over many past games who have iteratively improved the Society Game format – we are ever grateful!
Multimedia Turnsheets
The GMs will be producing various pieces of multimedia content as parts of turnsheets and supplementary materials over the course of the game. Specific credit for each multimedia item will be given as these are handed out. Details on how to give attribution to those involved are listed here.
Wiki and Discord Assets
Emporium has benefited from a very wide range of skills across the GM team throughout the entire game-running process in order to fulfil its ambitions of providing a tangible and vibrant multimedia experience. Although it does the GM team a disservice to summarise all of their individual efforts in this format, this table sets out to credit GMs for their main contributions to the assets you may have come across on the wiki and Discord server at game start. Please feel free to contact any GMs mentioned directly if you would like to inquire about more detailed credits.

Voice Work
It would constitute spoilers for Emporium to credit everyone who has voiced characters at this stage, but we will update this section once the game is over to ensure that everyone who has contributed to multimedia elements with their voice is credited accordingly (unless they wish to remain anonymous)!
Funding
OURPGSoc has generously offered to provide the Emporium GM team with a cash float of £125 to cover postage costs for physical turnsheet responses, which is expected to be paid back in full. This, in turn, will be covered by a mix of player (pay-what-you-want/can, suggested minimum £5) and GM contributions, with any surplus being donated to Médecins Sans Frontières, an international health NGO. Please see our donations solicitation statement for more details. A link to the PayPal donation pool will be sent out with character emails.
